The building need to be thought as the industry. The construction site should be seen as a large industrial assembly line, where everything arrives on time and stocks are controlled.
Eurocontainers Brasil has its own system for civil works that aims at standardization in the assembly land, product traceability, reduction of use of useful spaces in the construction site and minimum stock.
This system called EuroBuilding results in immediate reduction of losses, substantial gains in safety, quality, and improvinmets in the customer´s cash flow in bases of rapid measurements of the Building.
This whole process comes from the large-scale industry using Lean Construction techniques as JIS, JIT and Milkrun.
